Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Developer to design, customize, develop, and deploy enterprise IAM and Access Management solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Okta, SailPoint IdentityIQ, SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC), Java development, authentication technologies, and enterprise directory services.

The role involves implementing IAM architecture, developing secure authentication and authorization solutions, integrating applications and APIs, and managing identity and access controls across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.

The candidate should also have strong troubleshooting and debugging skills, along with experience supporting production environments and resolving complex technical issues.

Required Technical Skills

1. Identity & Access Management

• Strong hands-on experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
• Experience implementing SSO and fine-grained access controls.
• Experience with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) implementation and customization.
• Hands-on experience with IAM authentication platforms such as:
• Okta Workforce Identity
• SailPoint IdentityIQ
• SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC)
• Identity as a Service (IDaaS)
• Experience integrating Single Page Applications, legacy applications, and cloud applications with IAM platforms.
• Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, identity lifecycle management, and access control.

2. Java Development & Application Integration

• Strong programming experience with Java technologies, including:
• Java
• JDBC
• JavaScript frameworks
• Spring Framework
• Spring Boot
• JPA
• RESTful Web Services
• Experience developing, customizing, and integrating IAM applications and services.
• Knowledge of API development and enterprise application integration.

3. Infrastructure, Cloud & Database

• Hands-on experience working with Linux environments, web servers, and application servers.
• Experience with relational databases and SQL.
• Familiarity with developing, deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting applications in AWS environments.
• Experience with application performance tuning and troubleshooting.

4. Version Control & Configuration Management

• Experience with GitHub and Git.
• Knowledge of source code management, version control, and configuration management practices.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience customizing Okta, SailPoint IdentityIQ, SailPoint ISC, and Active Directory.
• Experience integrating AI capabilities into IAM processes and applying identity security controls to AI systems.
• Understanding of AI-assisted access governance, risk-based authentication, and non-human identity management, including AI agents and service accounts.
• Experience implementing API security using authentication, authorization, and secure access controls.
• Experience with production support, issue resolution, debugging, and vendor coordination.
• Knowledge of DevOps processes and cloud infrastructure deployment.
• Experience with Jenkins CI/CD pipelines for product and API deployment.
• Experience with database design, DDL, and DML operations.
• Experience identifying and fixing application security vulnerabilities through secure coding practices.
• Experience developing automated unit and integration tests using Selenium.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should have:

• Strong hands-on IAM development and customization experience.
• Practical experience with Okta and SailPoint platforms.
• Solid Java development skills, particularly Spring Boot, JDBC, JPA, and REST APIs.
• Experience integrating IAM solutions across enterprise applications and cloud environments.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and production support capabilities.
• Knowledge of application security, API security, and DevOps practices.
