About the Role
We're looking for an experienced HR Manager to join Vinidex on a 12-month parental leave contract and play a pivotal role supporting our Corporate, Supply Chain and Sales functions across Australia.
Reporting to the GM Human Resources APAC, you'll be a trusted partner to senior leaders, helping them build high-performing teams, strengthen organisational capability and deliver business outcomes through people.
This is more than a traditional HR partnering role. You'll combine strategic leadership with hands-on impact across the employee lifecycle while leading Talent Acquisition and HR Operations teams and driving talent initiatives across Vinidex.
