Job Overview
Under general direction of the Associate Dean of the College of Education, Health and Human Services (CEHHS), this position coordinates the day-to-day operations of the SLP department and provides a wide range of budgetary, programmatic and administrative support, to include tracking of fiscal operations, budget monitoring, reports and spreadsheets. This position independently coordinates a variety of functions necessary to the success of the SLP department and Speech-Language Clinic and takes lead responsibility for various project-related operations from planning to execution to assessment. This position also provides support to Extended Learning (EL) Programming and Finance including budgetary reconciliation, student enrollment requests and account issues, and other program related measures. This position also coordinates with the Operations and Resource Analyst in the CEHHS Dean’s Office for budget and forecasting matters.
Position Summary
Administrative Support Coordinator I
This is a full-time, temporary, non-exempt position ending on or before 180 days from date of hire. Reappointment to this position is dependent upon the individual's performance as well as administrative and budgetary considerations. The university reserves the right to terminate this appointment earlier than the scheduled expiration date.

Pay, Benefits, and Work Schedule
Anticipated Hiring Salary Range: $4,047 - $4,558 per month (Steps 1 - 7)
CSU Classification Salary Range: $4,047 - $5,896 per month
Salary is commensurate with the background and experience of the individual selected.
This position is eligible for medical benefits only under the Affordable Care Act (ACA), life and disability insurances, retirement (PST), tuition waiver, vacation and sick leave. In addition, 15 paid holidays are offered each year.
