Social Media and Marketing Coordinator (Part-Time)

AG Digital Group LLC is hiring a part-time Marketing Coordinator to support organic social media, Reddit community engagement, SEO, and AEO for a publicly traded energy technology client. The role handles content creation and calendars, community engagement, reporting, and coordination with the client’s reviewers.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor relevant subreddits and StockTwits daily, flag conversations worth joining, and track sentiment
• Draft authentic replies and posts that follow each community's rules and norms
• Help plan and run AMAs, from question prep to day-of support
• Build and maintain the monthly content calendar for LinkedIn, X and YouTube
• Draft posts, schedule approved content and handle day-to-day engagement
• Draft executive LinkedIn posts in each leader's voice for review
• Edit existing footage and graphics into short-form social video using tools like Canva, CapCut or Descript
• Support keyword and question research, and keep the priority keyword map current
• Make on-page updates such as titles, meta descriptions, FAQs and structured data
• Draft content briefs written to rank in search and get cited by AI tools
• Track rankings and how often AI answer engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Overviews) cite the client
• Pull weekly channel metrics and help build the monthly performance report
• Keep tasks, approvals and deadlines organized across the client's comms, legal and investor relations reviewers

Requirements:

• 2 or more years of hands-on experience in organic social, community management or content marketing, for a brand or an agency (or relative experience)
• Real Reddit experience. You understand how subreddits work, can write in a community's voice without sounding like an ad, and know where the self-promotion lines are
• Working knowledge of SEO: keyword research, on-page optimization and tools like Google Search Console, Semrush or Ahrefs
• Interest in, or early experience with, AEO: how ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews choose which sources to cite
• Clear, concise writing, and the ability to adapt tone from a casual Reddit reply to an executive LinkedIn post
• Comfort with basic short-form video editing in Canva, CapCut, Descript or similar
• Organized and self-directed in a remote setting, with good judgment on what needs a review before it goes live
• Experience marketing for a public company, or familiarity with quiet periods and disclosure rules around earnings
• Interest in cleantech, energy, EVs or deep tech
• Experience running or supporting paid social campaigns on LinkedIn, X or Reddit
• Familiarity with HubSpot, GA4 or a social scheduling tool such as Sprout Social or Hootsuite
