Data Analyst, Senior - Defense Health Agency (DHA)

KSA Integration is hiring a Senior Data Analyst to support the Defense Health Agency’s Disability Evaluation System Program Support contract. The role analyzes case data and produces recurring and ad hoc reports, while supporting related systems, documentation, and survey data processes.

Responsibilities:

• Pull, clean, and analyze case data from the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Veterans Tracking Application (VTA) and other sources for recurring and ad hoc reports
• Draft system change requests and support user acceptance testing for VTA and related systems
• Maintain VTA guidebooks within 10 days of any business process or technical change
• Maintain the shared Microsoft Access database of Special Compensation for Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (SCAADL) enrollment and analyze quarterly Military Department data
• Pull and validate survey cohort lists for the Integrated Disability Evaluation System (IDES) satisfaction survey

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or information technology field required
• 5 or more years of data analysis experience
• Advanced skill in SQL, Excel, and Microsoft Access, and working skill in R or Python
• Experience with Tableau or Power BI
• Must be able to pass a Tier 1 background investigation and qualify for a Common Access Card (CAC)
• Experience with VTA, military personnel data, or health data
• Data analytics certification
