PMP-Certified Project Manager (part-time, remote)

ArcSource Group, Inc. is hiring a part-time Project Manager to support a U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) contract. The role oversees contract performance, team members, deliverables, resource allocation, service quality, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all contract activities, ensuring performance remains aligned with HHS objectives and Government priorities
• Develop, maintain, and execute the Project Management and supporting Plans
• Manage contract deliverables, schedules, quality requirements, Government review cycles, priorities, dependencies, and deadlines
• Manage contractor resource assignments, align staffing with Government needs, and matrix resources across task areas to prevent single points of failure
• Collaborate with Government personnel to establish and maintain key performance indicators; monitor performance and emerging trends; and recommend corrective actions and process improvements based on performance data
• Maintain program backlog oversight, planning, the program roadmap, risk and issue management, action items, and program-maturity documentation
• Coordinate with Government stakeholders regarding priorities, dependencies, risks, strategic objectives, and resource needs; facilitate executive-level communications and decision-making; and identify and escalate significant program risks and issues
• Plan and conduct Quarterly Program Management Reviews or Quarterly Business Reviews and communicate program status, performance, risks, issues, and decisions to Government and executive stakeholders
• Assess program requirements and recommend technical solutions, tools, integrations, and workflows

Requirements:

• PMP-certified
• Familiarity with Section 508 Compliance
• Solid stakeholder engagement skills
• Required Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management and Federal programs
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Federal contract and project management, including governance, performance management, risk, scope, change, quality, communications, KPI development, resource management, and stakeholder engagement
• Microsoft 365, SharePoint, project-tracking tools and reporting
• Experience supporting continuous process improvement and program-maturity initiatives
