Senior Recruiter – Clinical Research & Healthcare Staffing

ClinLab Solutions Group is hiring a Senior Recruiter to fill clinical research and healthcare staffing roles for clients nationwide. The role manages a high-volume recruiting desk, sources and screens candidates, guides them through placement, and partners with business development and account leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a high-volume recruiting desk with approximately 15–25+ active requisitions, depending on role complexity and priority
• Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, database searches, networking, and direct outreach
• Consistently generate outbound recruiting activity through calls, texts, emails, and candidate conversations
• Conduct detailed candidate screens covering experience, compensation, location, availability, and job requirements
• Present qualified candidates quickly and accurately for active client openings
• Manage candidates through interviews, offers, onboarding, and successful starts
• Build talent pipelines for recurring positions across multiple U.S. markets
• Partner closely with business development and account leadership to prioritize high-probability placements
• Maintain accurate ATS records, candidate follow-up, and recruiting activity
• Own your results through measurable submissions, interviews, offers, and placements

Requirements:

• 2+ years of successful recruiting experience within a staffing agency
• Proven experience managing multiple active requisitions in a production-driven environment
• Strong outbound sourcing, cold calling, candidate engagement, and closing abilities
• Demonstrated history of candidate submissions and successful placements
• Ability to prioritize urgent openings while maintaining a healthy recruiting pipeline
• Experience using an ATS, LinkedIn, job boards, and Boolean sourcing
• Excellent communication, organization, follow-through, and candidate relationship management
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
• Prior clinical research recruiting experience is a plus, but not required
• Healthcare, clinical research, life sciences, nursing, or professional staffing experience
• Experience with contract and direct-hire placements
• Background supporting multiple hiring managers, clients, or geographic markets
• A measurable track record of recruiting production and placement performance
