Part-Time Marketing & Growth Coordinator

Martin Management Solutions LLC is hiring a part-time marketing professional to coordinate and execute marketing activities, develop promotional campaigns, increase brand visibility, and identify opportunities to attract new clients. The role also supports referral development, outreach, and marketing performance tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a weekly marketing content calendar
• Create, design, and schedule social media content
• Develop educational, promotional, and brand-awareness content
• Create graphics and marketing materials using Canva
• Maintain consistent branding and messaging across platforms
• Identify opportunities to improve online visibility
• Develop and coordinate monthly promotional campaigns
• Assist with client referral and incentive programs
• Identify creative, low-cost marketing opportunities
• Develop marketing initiatives to promote company services
• Recommend strategies to generate new client inquiries
• Help coordinate seasonal and service-specific promotions
• Research potential referral partners and business relationships
• Develop professional outreach and follow-up communications
• Maintain referral contact lists and activity records
• Identify opportunities for networking and business partnerships
• Track marketing activity, inquiries, and referral opportunities
• Monitor social media performance and engagement
• Maintain marketing calendars and tracking spreadsheets
• Prepare weekly updates and monthly performance reports
• Evaluate campaign results and recommend improvements

Requirements:
