• Bring a quality engineering perspective to technical discussions, product design, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and task estimation.
• Build and integrate AI-powered tools and intelligent agents into QA frameworks and CI/CD pipelines to accelerate test generation, improve defect identification, and streamline testing.
• Mentor teammates and drive adoption of effective testing practices, strategies, and tools.

Who You'll Work With

You'll work across multiple small, Agile product teams, partnering closely with engineers and product teammates throughout development. As a senior member of Test Engineering, you'll help guide testing decisions, share your expertise, and make quality a shared responsibility across the teams you support.

• A strong understanding of internet technologies.
• A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related information technology field, or at least 7 years of industry experience.

• Knowledge of AWS cloud services.
• Experience with CI/CD tools.

What Success Looks Like

• Teams have clear test strategies that address product requirements, complex workflows, and quality risks.
• Scalable, maintainable automation expands coverage and catches defects earlier in development.
