Seven Starling is a national telehealth practice dedicated to women’s mental health across every stage of the reproductive journey, from planning and conception through perimenopause. Our care model brings together specialized therapy, peer support, and medication management in one integrated program, and 92% of our patients report a clinically significant improvement in symptoms like depression and anxiety by the time they complete it. We work hand in hand with healthcare providers nationwide and accept major insurance plans, including UnitedHealthcare, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Aetna, so quality care stays accessible and affordable for the women who need it.
Why Clinicians Join Us
Our close partnerships with OB-GYN practices mean referrals come to you from trusted providers who already know your clients need specialized support, so you can spend your time doing the clinical work you’re passionate about instead of building a caseload from scratch.
