Technology Operations Engineer

Netrix Global is hiring a Technology Operations Engineer to support a premium workplace technology experience client. The role serves as Netrix’s primary onsite technology representative, delivering customer support and keeping workplace technology services operating seamlessly.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary onsite technology representative for Netrix
• Provide white-glove customer support and technology assistance
• Own incidents from identification through resolution and communicate proactively throughout the process
• Support workplace technology, conferencing platforms, AV systems, endpoints, and networking components
• Perform readiness checks of conference rooms and collaboration spaces
• Coordinate with vendors, facilities teams, and centralized support organizations
• Identify opportunities to improve service quality and the overall customer experience
• Technology Operations Engineer interacts with customer and needs to maintain a positive and professional attitude always
