Manager, Product Go-to-Market & Strategic Partnerships

LeanSite AI is hiring a Manager, Product Go-to-Market & Strategic Partnerships to build a partner ecosystem and help win large, multi-location enterprise customers. The role owns partnerships from outreach through co-selling, supports enterprise discovery and evaluations alongside Sales, and translates buyer and partner feedback into product, positioning, and marketing decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Build and activate co-selling partnerships. Identify and negotiate relationships with facilities associations, consultants, technology providers, and channel partners. Agree on target accounts, who makes introductions, how you’ll pursue opportunities together, and who owns follow-through. Track qualified opportunities partners source and deals they help advance
• Work enterprise deals alongside Sales. Join discovery calls, map how prospects manage facilities across sites, and shape and help lead demos around their actual workflows. Help buyers work through CMMS evaluation, migration, integration, and rollout questions. Stay involved through the evaluation and close
• Write product and go-to-market briefs. Turn buyer feedback, lost-deal insights, and implementation concerns into clear briefs that explain the workflow, the business impact, and what LeanSite should do next. Help Product distinguish a single customer request from an issue that could affect adoption across a market
• Shape how LeanSite goes to market. Work with Marketing and Sales on vertical-specific positioning, campaign briefs, competitive messaging, and sales materials. Explain the value of the same workflow to the facilities director running it, the executive funding it, and the site teams using it
• Build LeanSite’s industry presence. Represent the company at conferences, association meetings, and executive roundtables. Follow through on promising conversations with joint account planning, qualified introductions, or enterprise discovery meetings

Requirements:

• senior facilities industry professional
• You've been through a CMMS selection and rollout
• Direct facilities management industry experience
• You understand how multi-location facilities teams manage work orders, preventive maintenance, asset records, vendors, and reporting
• You bring 7+ years of relevant experience, including direct work in facilities operations or hands-on work with facilities teams through a technology or services provider
• Hands-on CMMS selection and rollout experience
• You've helped evaluate and select a CMMS, configure it around operating workflows, migrate data from an existing system or process, and roll it out to users
• You can explain the decisions you personally made, the problems you encountered, and how you got teams to adopt the system
• Strong written and verbal communication
• You can lead discovery with a facilities director, explain a migration plan to an executive buyer, negotiate a joint plan with a partner, and write a brief that Product, Sales, or Marketing can act on
• A record of activating commercial partnerships
• You've taken a relationship from initial outreach to joint selling, qualified referrals, or another measurable commercial result
• You can explain what each party committed to and what came out of it
• Experience in complex enterprise evaluations
• You understand who influences a facilities technology purchase, what different stakeholders need to see, and how to move an evaluation forward
• Established relationships with facilities associations, consultants, technology partners, or multi-location operators
• Experience leading a CMMS replacement across multiple sites or business units
• Experience building a channel or referral program, developing joint account plans, or launching an integration partnership
• Familiarity with IWMS, enterprise asset management, or AI-powered facilities workflows
