(Product) Content Manager

ARTENDOR is hiring a Content Manager to manage and maintain product content across its online stores. The role focuses on product creation, content generation, catalog organization, and SEO optimization, working with e-commerce, marketing, development, and SEO teams.

Responsibilities:

• Add and publish new products across Shopify and other e-commerce platforms
• Create and maintain accurate product information, including product titles, descriptions, specifications, features, and attributes
• Generate high-quality product descriptions and other product-related content using AI tools and content generation workflows
• Review, edit, and optimize AI-generated content to ensure accuracy, quality, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines
• Maintain and update existing product information to ensure all content remains accurate and up to date
• Identify and correct missing, outdated, duplicated, or incorrect product information
• Optimize product titles, descriptions, headings, and other content elements for SEO and search visibility
• Ensure product content is structured correctly and follows internal content and formatting standards
• Organize and manage products, collections, categories, tags, and product attributes
• Upload and manage product images, media, and other relevant product assets
• Coordinate product launches and ensure new products are published accurately and on time
• Perform regular product content audits and identify opportunities for improvement
• Improve existing product content to increase clarity, relevance, customer engagement, and conversion potential
• Work closely with SEO specialists to implement keyword and search intent recommendations in product content
• Use AI tools and automation to improve the speed, consistency, and scalability of product content production
• Maintain content quality and consistency across large product catalogs
• Monitor and manage product content across multiple stores, websites, or markets when required
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, SEO, Shopify Development, Design, and E-commerce teams

Requirements:

• 1–3+ years of professional experience in content management, e-commerce, product content, digital marketing, or a related field
• Experience managing product content for Shopify or other e-commerce platforms
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Excellent attention to detail and a high standard of content quality
• Experience creating and maintaining product descriptions, titles, specifications, and other product information
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Basic understanding of SEO principles, keyword optimization, and search intent
• Experience using AI tools for content generation and optimization
• Ability to review and improve AI-generated content to ensure accuracy, quality, and natural language
• Ability to manage large volumes of products and repetitive content tasks efficiently
• Strong understanding of content consistency, formatting, and brand guidelines
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying content issues
• Familiarity with spreadsheets and data management tools
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Experience working with Shopify and Shopify Plus
• Experience managing large e-commerce product catalogs
• Knowledge of SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Semrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms
• Experience with product feed management and e-commerce data
• Familiarity with Shopify apps and product management tools
• Experience working with international or multilingual e-commerce stores
• Knowledge of HTML and basic web content formatting
• Experience with AI content generation tools and prompt writing
• Experience with bulk product uploads and CSV-based product management
• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and e-commerce performance metrics
• Experience working with fashion, retail, SaaS, or other e-commerce industries
