Ecommerce Marketing Manager

Fire Department Coffee is hiring an Ecommerce Marketing Manager to manage the day-to-day performance and development of its Shopify store. The role coordinates ecommerce and marketing projects across teams, oversees email marketing in Klaviyo, and monitors performance to recommend improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day updates to the Shopify store, including product uploads, product details, pricing, images, collections, navigation, and promotional content
• Coordinate new product launches and ensure product pages are complete, accurate, and ready on schedule
• Maintain site merchandising, collection pages, promotional landing pages, and on-site messaging
• Review the customer shopping experience and identify opportunities to improve navigation, product discovery, conversion, and average order value
• Test site updates and promotions before launch to confirm links, pricing, discounts, and product information are working correctly
• Coordinate with internal teams and outside partners to resolve Shopify issues and implement improvements
• Manage the marketing project calendar and coordinate work across ecommerce, creative, paid media, product, and other teams
• Turn campaign and business priorities into clear project briefs, timelines, owners, and deliverables
• Keep projects moving by following up on approvals, creative assets, product details, and other dependencies
• Coordinate the development and delivery of creative for Meta ads and other marketing campaigns
• Track project status and communicate potential delays or blockers to the relevant teams
• Ensure campaign assets, landing pages, offers, and product availability are aligned before launch
• Oversee email marketing in Klaviyo, including campaign planning, scheduling, audience selection, and quality assurance
• Build and maintain the email calendar in coordination with promotions, product launches, and broader marketing plans
• Coordinate email copy and creative with the appropriate internal teams
• Monitor campaign and flow performance, including revenue, click-through rate, conversion, unsubscribes, and deliverability
• Recommend and implement improvements to email flows, segmentation, testing, and campaign performance
• Ensure emails, links, offers, and product details are reviewed before deployment
• Monitor key ecommerce and email metrics and share regular performance updates
• Use site and campaign data to identify issues and recommend practical improvements
• Work with operations and replenishment to flag inventory concerns that could affect promotions or site availability
• Maintain organized project documentation, campaign calendars, and launch checklists

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or a related role
• Hands-on experience managing a Shopify store
• Experience with Klaviyo or a comparable email marketing platform
• Strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate work across multiple teams
• Comfortable managing several projects and deadlines at once
• Strong attention to detail, especially with product information, pricing, links, and campaign setup
• Ability to use performance data to identify opportunities and make recommendations
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with Meta advertising creative and digital design workflows
