Build, maintain, and improve applications using Python (Django) and React (or equivalent frameworks).
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to prototype, validate, and deliver MVPs or PoCs.
Participate in technical and architectural decision-making and suggest improvements.
Ensure quality via code reviews, testing, and documentation.
Work in agile, cross-functional teams (scrum/kanban) with PMs, and other developers.
Contribute ideas to improve project processes, delivery, and developer experience.

You’re fluent in Python (typically 4+ years) and comfortable with Django, React.js, SQL, Docker, and REST APIs.
Track record of working with clients or stakeholders directly and delivering rapid proofs of concept.
You don’t just execute tasks

Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Comfortable in a flexible, fast-paced environment and enjoy taking ownership of your work.
This role can evolve into a Tech Lead role, so if you are interested in leadership and mentoring, that’s a plus.
