About this role
Role Overview
Identifying and generating sales opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up
Developing a deep understanding of each stage in the lead generation process
Independently qualifying leads using BANT or CHAMP methodology
Managing and optimizing your own book of business and pipeline
Handling complex lead generation calls across diverse technology domains
Driving large enterprise initiatives and building strong executive-level relationships
Requirements
1-3 years of successful sales development experience, preferably in technology
German and English language skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively break down complex technical information
A proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and goals
Strong lead qualification abilities (BANT or CHAMP)
Demonstrated success in managing your own book of business and pipeline
Experience working with digital and marketing initiatives
Proficiency with CRM applications
A Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred
