Senior Software Engineer – Node.js, Angular

Role Overview

• Solve real problems by turning a business need that needs clarifying into a simple, robust, observable, and maintainable solution.
• Collaborate with PMs and Designers to ask the right questions and understand the business domain.
• Break down ambiguous topics into deliverable steps: deliver early, measure, iterate.
• Design and implement changes in a production product: features, refactoring, migrations, performance, reliability.
• Make pragmatic architectural decisions.

Requirements

• Strong back-end experience (typically ~7+ years).
• TypeScript/Node.js/NestJS is a major plus.
• Choose the right type of tests based on risk (unit/integration/E2E, outside-in, etc.).
• Understand and value Continuous Delivery.
• Enjoy working with developers, PMs/Designers, SREs and support teams.
