Own the solution strategy for complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise opportunities, partnering closely with Sales leadership
Deliver executive-ready, outcome-focused demonstrations and solution narratives tied to measurable business impact
Define and guide complex proof-of-concept engagements, setting standards and best practices across the presales organization
Influence product direction by translating customer and market insights into clear, actionable feedback for Product Management
Lead by example, elevating overall presales effectiveness and consistency
Represent SuccessKPI as a thought leader in executive briefings, partner meetings, conferences, and industry events
Requirements
5+ years of experience with one or more Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) platforms, specifically including Genesys Cloud, Amazon Connect, Five9, LiveVox, UJET, or TalkDesk
5+ years of experience in contact center analytics, BI, performance management, or operations leadership
Demonstrated success leading complex enterprise presales engagements and influencing executive decision-makers
Strong business acumen with the ability to articulate ROI, value realization, and transformation outcome
Exceptional executive communication, presentation, and consultative skills
Ability to travel to partner and customer locations when required
Desire and ability to work in a high-growth start-up environment requiring flexibility and ingenuity
