Manage and further develop all social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
Plan and produce high-quality content (photos, videos, written content)
Coordinate external creators such as photographers, videographers and UGC creators
Build and maintain a structured content and editorial calendar
Identify and manage influencer collaborations
Establish and maintain partnerships with online magazines, blogs and platforms
Develop and optimize social media strategies
Analyze trends, competitors and content formats for continuous improvement
Evaluate performance metrics and derive optimization measures

At least 4 years of experience in social media or digital marketing, ideally in e-commerce
Strong understanding of the German market, consumer behavior and digital trends
Solid experience in content creation and social media management
Good written and spoken English
German language skills are an advantage
Independent working style and experience managing multiple concurrent projects
High attention to detail and a strong sense for branding and content quality
