Design and implement strategies for demand generation, acquisition, and conversion
Manage performance media, SEO/GEO, content, and referral channels
Lead CRM, automation, lead nurturing, lead scoring, and integration with Sales
Develop and monitor the customer journey from acquisition through post-sale
Establish relationship initiatives, NPS programs, retention, and referral strategies
Manage brand, communications, campaigns, and experience at sales stands
Lead agencies, vendors, and internal teams
Manage the Marketing budget, reallocating investments based on performance
Track CAC, CPL, CPQ, ROAS, conversion, NPS, and other KPIs
Integrate data, martech, dashboards, and AI applications

Minimum 8 years' experience in Digital Marketing, Growth, CRM, CX, or Customer Relations
Proven experience in managerial roles and leading teams
Experience managing agencies and vendors
Strong knowledge of performance media and the acquisition funnel
Experience with CRM, marketing automation, martech, and data analysis
Familiarity with CAC, CPL, CPQ, ROAS, attribution, NPS, and LTV
Experience with customer journeys that combine digital and physical environments
Hands-on, results-oriented profile and comfortable in fast-evolving or building environments
Autonomous, proactive, with an ownership mindset and strong executive communication skills
Knowledge of artificial intelligence applied to Marketing and CX
