Payroll coordination with a remote accounting team and ADP.
Employee onboarding and offboarding (personnel files, orientation, documentation).
Office management: appearance, supplies, and physical and digital filing.
Liaison with external accounting and legal firms.
Support for HR compliance (documentation, personnel files, policies).
Administrative coordination of the support team (accounting, assistants).
Management of employee benefits and insurance.

Minimum of 3 years in an administrative role with responsibility for payroll and/or HR.
Experience with ADP or an equivalent payroll system (preferred).
Impeccable organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple priorities without losing attention to detail.
Professional communication in Spanish and English.
Proficiency with digital tools (Google Workspace, Excel).
Ownership mindset: “If it fell, I pick it up — I don’t wait to be told.”
Plus (not required): Experience in construction or engineering companies.
Familiarity with labor compliance processes in Puerto Rico.
Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting systems.
