They are seeking a seasoned Engineering Recruiter to support a surge in hiring needs, focusing on sourcing and hiring top-tier engineering talent while collaborating with hiring managers to build a robust talent pipeline.

Responsibilities:

Sourcing & Outreach: Source active and passive candidates for VoltAir’s open positions
Technical Screening: Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates' technical expertise, project experience, and team fit
Hiring Manager Partnership: Collaborate with Engineering directors and managers to understand job specifications and provide feedback on the candidate market

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Engineering, and/or related field, or equivalent years of experience
2-5 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, specifically focused on engineering disciplines (electrical, mechanical, building information modeling (BIM), or software)
Proficiency in advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche platforms
Ability to understand complex engineering job requirements and assess candidate technical capabilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage passive talent and build relationships with hiring leaders
Proven ability to work independently and succeed in a fast-paced, temporary, or part-time capacity
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and MS Office Suite
