Independent and responsible management of clients and contractual partners
Preparation of owners' meetings (homeowners' association meetings) in digital format
Preparation of financial plans (annual budgets) and service charge reconciliations
Preparation and commissioning of maintenance and repair measures
Conducting regular property inspections to monitor the condition of the buildings
Handling of arrears and dunning/collection processes is considered essential
Handling of insurance claims

A passion for real estate and for the people who own and/or use it
Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent qualification
A strong affinity for digital software applications and a digital way of working is a must
Independent, conscientious and reliable working style
Strong organizational skills and customer orientation are essential
Confident, polite and respectful interaction with stakeholders such as tenants, owners, owners' committees and service providers
Willingness to undertake further training on administrative and legal developments in the real estate industry
