Senior experience in marketing, brand, communications or strategy roles
Strong understanding of marketing operating models and organisational design
Experience leading transformation or change initiatives
Consulting, agency or in-house leadership background
Comfortable working with CMOs and executive level
Deep interest in marketing AI and automation
Can become a Boldstream product champion
Strong understanding of generative AI and LLMs (strategic fluency, not technical depth required)
Ability to position AI as part of a wider transformation strategy
