Requirements
- Senior experience in marketing, brand, communications or strategy roles
- Strong understanding of marketing operating models and organisational design
- Experience leading transformation or change initiatives
- Consulting, agency or in-house leadership background
- Comfortable working with CMOs and executive level
- Deep interest in marketing AI and automation
- Can become a Boldstream product champion
- Strong understanding of generative AI and LLMs (strategic fluency, not technical depth required)
- Ability to position AI as part of a wider transformation strategy
- Curious, informed and commercially pragmatic
- Blueprint builder, able to turn ambiguity into structured frameworks
- Strategic but hands-on
- High credibility and executive presence
- Commercially minded and outcome-focused
- Entrepreneurial and motivated to build a new category of consulting
- Excited to become a leader in marketing transformation
