Design and implement integrated strategies that strengthen cross-functional collaboration and operational performance
Develop and execute change management approaches to enable cultural shifts and adoption of new ways of working
Shape tailored transformation solutions aligned with client priorities and measurable impact
Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners to expand our presence in the Transportation and Logistics sector

Strong passion for digitalization, logistics innovation, and transformation topics
Minimum 3 years of experience in consulting or relevant industry roles, with exposure to transportation, logistics, or supply chain
Strategic mindset and ability to translate complex challenges into actionable transformation roadmaps
Excellent academic background (Master's, MBA, or PhD)
Proven ability to build strong client relationships
Solid knowledge of consulting methodologies and tools and strong project management skills; certifications are a plus
Strong understanding of commercial and operational processes in logistics or adjacent industries
Willingness to take ownership, innovate, and drive initiatives forward
Fluency in German and English; additional languages are a plus
Willingness to travel
