You lead impactful GenAI transformation projects
You take end-to-end responsibility for complex client engagements and lead interdisciplinary teams to successful delivery
You work closely with senior stakeholders to shape AI-driven strategies, solution architectures and transformation roadmaps
You ensure delivery excellence, drive project quality and actively contribute to building long-term capabilities
You build trusted client relationships and identify opportunities to grow existing accounts
You proactively bring innovative GenAI and Data & AI topics into strategic discussions
You coach and mentor colleagues, help teams grow and foster a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture

Extensive experience in consulting, solution engineering or technology-driven transformation programs
Strong expertise in Data & AI, ideally with hands-on exposure to Generative AI initiatives
Experience leading complex client engagements and senior stakeholder management
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and business development
Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
Fluent in German (C1), with professional proficiency in English
Completed degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Data Science, Information Systems, or a comparable field (Bachelor’s degree or higher)
