Role Overview

Providing day-to-day administrative support
Ensuring effective and professional service in College provision
Supporting the runnning of the centre by answering phones and managing post
Overseeing attendance monitoring and communications between offices
Using purchasing systems to manage order and supplies

Requirements

Level 2 or equivalent in English and Maths
Proven experience of working in an Administrative capacity
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Proven ability to communicate effectively
Knowledge of finance, invoicing, and administrative systems
Experience of data entry onto databases
Ability to draft own correspondence and proofread
Ability to develop administration & finance procedures
