Proven experience in a similar leadership role (Head of HR/ Head of People / HRD) within a fast-paced product environment.
Previous experience in a start-up or within the iGaming industry is a significant advantage.
Strong background across operations, talent acquisition, and employer brand, with experience leading cross-functional people teams.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Experience building distributed, high-performing product-centric teams across multiple geographies and hubs.
Strong business focus with the ability to align people strategy with growth drivers.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity, rapid growth, and cultural transformation.
Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills across organizational levels.
