Participate in the full lifecycle of recruiting process including prescreening candidates, reviewing profiles and assessing applications, interviewing, etc.
Research job boards for qualified candidates in the iGaming and IT field
Manage candidates seamlessly through the recruiting process
Develop relationships with candidates to understand their skills and cultural match to a position
Researching and developing innovative strategies to recruit top talent
Requirements
Experience working as a Recruiter (iGaming, IT) for 2+ years
Understanding of the iGaming industry (previous experience in iGaming industry would be considered a plus)
Good knowledge of different recruitment practices and interviewing processes
Excellent networking skills and strong skills in presentation, negotiation
Languages proficiency: English
at least Upper-Intermediate level, Ukrainian/Russian
fluent/native level
