Role Overview

Leading the effort to increase visibility for Cleo's world
Designing and optimizing data-driven marketing campaigns (Paid, Owned & Earned)
Developing cross-channel customer journeys for prospective customers
Supporting the implementation and build-out of the CRM system
Expanding the tracking and analytics setup

Requirements

Several years of experience in data-driven online/performance marketing, ideally in e‑commerce, FinTech or InsurTech
Experience using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio and other tracking & analytics tools
Experience developing multi-stage customer journeys
Excellent command of German, both written and spoken
Strong team player who contributes actively
