About this role
Role Overview
- Leading the effort to increase visibility for Cleo's world
- Designing and optimizing data-driven marketing campaigns (Paid, Owned & Earned)
- Developing cross-channel customer journeys for prospective customers
- Supporting the implementation and build-out of the CRM system
- Expanding the tracking and analytics setup
Requirements
- Several years of experience in data-driven online/performance marketing, ideally in e‑commerce, FinTech or InsurTech
- Experience using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio and other tracking & analytics tools
- Experience developing multi-stage customer journeys
- Excellent command of German, both written and spoken
- Strong team player who contributes actively
