Create and continuously improve Amazon listings at a high standard with a clear focus on conversion, relevance, and profitability
Responsible for product performance across the customer journey, from search results to purchase completion
Conduct in-depth market, competitor, and keyword analyses
Identify conversion levers, e.g., improving product presentation, reducing cart abandonment, optimizing offer structure
Analyze sessions, conversion rates, revenue, and profitability and derive concrete actions
Assess and decide whether products should be fulfilled via FBA or FBM, based on margins, cost structure, and scalability
Optimize and further develop the Amazon Brand Store
Collaborate closely and actively transfer knowledge with design, operations, sourcing, support, and logistics
Contribute ideas, best practices, and learnings from previous projects or brands

At least 2–3 years of hands-on experience as an Amazon Marketplace Manager
Proven experience with at least one seven-figure Amazon brand, or work in an agency that has managed multiple seven
to eight-figure Amazon brands
Strong understanding of how high-performing Amazon listings are structured and why they convert
Strong analytical thinking, particularly regarding conversion, cart abandonment, market, and competitive structures
Clear understanding of margins and profitability to make economically sound decisions
A strong sense for listing graphics, visual language, and visual conversion drivers
Structured, self-directed way of working
Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
