Manage the product portfolio for the retail segment;
Lead new product development projects;
Actively participate throughout the product development lifecycle for the retail segment;
Support the engineering team during new product development;
Conduct financial analyses of business cases and product comparisons;
Participate in product lifecycle assessments;
Perform market research, benchmarking and site visits;
Develop product communication materials;
Prepare presentations and training for internal teams and retailers;
Manage relationships with suppliers;
Work collaboratively with other departments, ensuring smooth communication between teams throughout the development cycle.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Product Design, Business Administration or related fields;
Experience in consumer goods, retail, technical market and/or sports sectors in product marketing, product development or project management;
Advanced English;
Proficient in Microsoft Office;
Experience in the bicycle market and technical product knowledge;
Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Advantageous: Experience in the e-bike segment;
Experience in the sports industry, especially cycling, is a plus.
