Role Overview
- Manage the product portfolio for the retail segment;
- Lead new product development projects;
- Actively participate throughout the product development lifecycle for the retail segment;
- Support the engineering team during new product development;
- Conduct financial analyses of business cases and product comparisons;
- Participate in product lifecycle assessments;
- Perform market research, benchmarking and site visits;
- Develop product communication materials;
- Prepare presentations and training for internal teams and retailers;
- Manage relationships with suppliers;
- Work collaboratively with other departments, ensuring smooth communication between teams throughout the development cycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Product Design, Business Administration or related fields;
- Experience in consumer goods, retail, technical market and/or sports sectors in product marketing, product development or project management;
- Advanced English;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office;
- Experience in the bicycle market and technical product knowledge;
- Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Advantageous: Experience in the e-bike segment;
- Experience in the sports industry, especially cycling, is a plus.
