Define and track KPIs related to operational efficiency, execution time, and cost per process.
Gather functional requirements, aligning business needs with the technology team.

Work closely with the Product team to propose and implement process automation and productivity improvements.

Experience in process analysis and improvement with a focus on efficiency and automation.
Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Ability to elicit functional requirements from stakeholders.
Experience with Miro and Figma.
Knowledge and experience in process modeling.
Knowledge and experience in data analysis.
Ability to collaborate with technology teams, ensuring the delivery of solutions aligned with business needs.
