Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Ability to elicit functional requirements from stakeholders.
Experience with Miro and Figma.
Knowledge and experience in process modeling.
Knowledge and experience in data analysis.
Ability to collaborate with technology teams, ensuring the delivery of solutions aligned with business needs.
