Attendance at trade fairs and events: represent the company at trade fairs and events
Market monitoring and collaboration: analyze market trends and competitors and work closely with internal sales and other departments
Handling complaints: professional processing and resolution of customer complaints

Completed vocational training as a wholesale and foreign trade clerk, industrial clerk, gas and water installer with sales aptitude, or master craftsman in the gas/water/heating trade, or a similar qualification
Several years of professional experience; experience in three-tier distribution is an advantage
Ability to work independently and to self-organize, as well as strong networking within the trades and wholesale sector
Driving licence class B (car) is mandatory
