Take responsibility for the structured and targeted recruitment of qualified professionals
Serve as the primary point of contact for executives and candidates during the recruitment process
Conduct active sourcing and direct outreach to suitable candidates via multiple channels
Screen incoming applications and pre-select suitable candidates
Conduct structured telephone screening interviews to qualify and shortlist candidates
Record and analyze recruiting activities, metrics and costs as part of professional recruitment controlling and reporting
Proactively build and maintain networks within the insurance and brokerage industry

Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration with a focus on HR, or a related field
Several years of experience in recruiting, ideally in the insurance or financial services sector
Practical experience in active sourcing and direct approach to professionals and executives
Confident use of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms
Service-oriented approach to work
Comfortable with a strong team spirit and a family-like working environment
