Role Overview

Provide technical support for the setup of telephone connections and Wi‑Fi.
Act as the point of contact for customers facing various issues.
Identify sales opportunities and manage existing customer accounts.
Support field technicians by providing telephone-based assistance.

Requirements

Confident user of Windows.
Able to quickly learn processes and use digital tools.
Enjoy interacting with customers.
Patient and courteous manner.
Fluent in German, both spoken and written.
Bonus: prior technical knowledge (xDSL and fiber optics) is an advantage.
