Support the procurement of goods and services and the related tender processes in close coordination with the specialist departments
Manage processes from order initiation and monitoring through to incoming goods inspection, as well as preparing reports and analyses
Negotiate with new service providers regarding contracts, terms and framework agreements
Oversee the contract management process, perform contract controlling and resolve contract disputes
Prepare customer invoices based on existing order and service data
Verify incoming invoices for formal, substantive and arithmetic accuracy
Maintain and update billing-relevant data in our ERP system
Proactively develop and implement category and procurement strategies and identify optimization potential
