Role Overview

responsible for land development and permitting strategy development and execution
stakeholder engagement, utility connection/construction/development agreements
integrated project planning, contract and budget management
tracking and completing deliverables in accordance with development schedule

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
5 years minimum direct experience in Land Development or consulting work in Land Development
5 years minimum experience in project management
experience with municipalities, AHJ’s and utility districts
5 years minimum direct working experience with core Microsoft products
fluency in business English
