Land Development Project Manager

Role Overview

• responsible for land development and permitting strategy development and execution
• stakeholder engagement, utility connection/construction/development agreements
• integrated project planning, contract and budget management
• tracking and completing deliverables in accordance with development schedule

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
• 5 years minimum direct experience in Land Development or consulting work in Land Development
• 5 years minimum experience in project management
• experience with municipalities, AHJ’s and utility districts
• 5 years minimum direct working experience with core Microsoft products
• fluency in business English
