Help shape positive, user-centred experiences by supporting students, academics and researchers to confidently access, use and benefit from our library services and resources.
Deliver exceptional client service in a contemporary academic library environment.

Requirements

Knowledge of contemporary library practices, processes and concepts relating to the provision of service delivery and operations.
Knowledge of information resources, services and trends in academic libraries.
Eligible for associate or allied field membership with the Australian Library and Information Association (ALIA).
