Provide technical expertise in data collection, management, analysis and reporting.
Design and maintain datasets, dashboards and reporting tools that monitor program outcomes, support evaluation activities and inform strategic planning.
Translate complex data into clear, accessible insights and contribute to ethical, participatory and place‑based data practices.
Work closely with community partners, academic staff and stakeholders.
Requirements
Demonstrated high‑level capability with statistical analysis and data visualisation tools such as Excel, R, Python, Power BI, Tableau or equivalent platforms.
Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data and analysis into clear insights for diverse, non‑technical audiences.
Understanding of, or the ability to quickly develop expertise in, strengths‑based, place‑based and participatory approaches to working with communities in regional and remote contexts.
Proven project management skills, including planning, prioritisation and delivery across concurrent workstreams.
Demonstrated experience managing complex datasets, undertaking advanced analysis, and producing actionable insights that inform decision‑making.
Current open driver’s licence and eligibility to hold a Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
