Role Overview

Design the acquisition roadmap and own the Acquisition Budget
Monitor Payback Periods to determine when to cut low-quality sources and when to scale

Requirements

6+ years of High-Growth UA experience in iGaming, Crypto, or Fintech (Unregulated markets)
Comfortable buying media on DSPs and Ad Networks
Proven track record of structuring deals that align partner incentives with ROI
Knowledge of 'Arbitrage' and 'Incentivized' traffic patterns
Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with Australian HQ
