Role Overview

Lead and mentor a team of technical service professionals

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or a related field
5+ years in a technical service or laboratory management role
Experience in industrial/automotive fluids or lubricants industry
Excellent leadership skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of ISO & IATF quality standards
Proficiency in laboratory software and Microsoft Office
