Coordinate and support other developers, analysts and designers in the design and development of new SAP software programs and applications as part of the global SAP S/4 HANA rollout.
Contribute to the preparation and documentation of requirements and specifications for SAP software.
Recommend, plan and implement improvements and upgrades to SAP software.
Consistently write, translate and code SAP software programs and applications according to specifications.
Execute and monitor performance tests of SAP software for new and existing programs to correct defects, identify areas for improvement and perform general debugging activities.
Conduct thorough code reviews to identify and fix defects and ensure compliance with coding standards.
Support the implementation of automated testing procedures to validate software functionality and performance.
Provide regular status reports to management and stakeholders on software quality.
Generate statistics and create reports for management and/or team members on the status of the programming process.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of user manuals and policies.
SAPUI5 developer for frontend and backend environments (OData services / CDS views).
Collaborate with Global Process Owners, Global ERP Leads, network administrators, system analysts and software developers to help resolve issues with SAP software products or corporate SAP systems.
Manage and/or mentor junior SAP developers and external AMS providers.

College diploma or university degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field and/or equivalent professional experience.
Technical knowledge of SAP programming languages, including ABAP, and certifications in SAP ABAP development.
Strong knowledge of Fiori apps and BTP.
Experience leading and managing software developers and experience working with SAP enterprise applications.
Hands-on experience in integrated development environments, including SAP development tools.
Solid knowledge of current internet technologies, including SAP web technologies.
Practical experience troubleshooting SAP software.
Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and security standards.
Familiarity with SAP software development methodologies.
Business-level English; German advantageous.
