Role Overview

Centralize and manage client invoicing across the firm’s practice groups
Generate and issue all client invoices using Sage Intacct
Create and manage custom invoice attachments
Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on outstanding invoices
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for invoicing workflows

Requirements

2+ years of invoicing, billing, or accounts receivable experience in a professional services or consulting environment
Experience with Sage Intacct strongly preferred
Familiarity with project-based billing
Proficiency in Excel
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage recurring monthly deadlines across multiple practice groups
Excellent written communication skills
