About this role
Role Overview
- Centralize and manage client invoicing across the firm’s practice groups
- Generate and issue all client invoices using Sage Intacct
- Create and manage custom invoice attachments
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on outstanding invoices
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for invoicing workflows
Requirements
- 2+ years of invoicing, billing, or accounts receivable experience in a professional services or consulting environment
- Experience with Sage Intacct strongly preferred
- Familiarity with project-based billing
- Proficiency in Excel
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage recurring monthly deadlines across multiple practice groups
- Excellent written communication skills
